Sets up the secured repository for Thor, as well as data access policies to ensure data is only accessed by those allowed to.

Added robots meta tags to tell search engines and bots not to index or follow links for the Identity and Access Management system admin portal.

DO3473 - Sort Roles dropdowns A-Z​

Roles options in the Role drop down field in the user role management screen are now sorted A-Z.

DO5167 - Norton Anti-Virus flagging the www.digiflo.com.au domain as dangerous​

Added the norton-safeweb-site-verification meta tag to the Identity and Access Management admin portal so that Norton is able to verify ownership of the website.
